All Saints Higher Secondary School, Peren

All Saints Hr. Sec. School Peren is a catholic school conducted by the Missionaries of Saint Francis de Sales (MSFS), popularly known as Fransalians. Initially, after having obtained the permission and blessing of Most Rev. Hubert Rosario, Bishop of Dibrugarh in 1964 and under the dynamic initiation of Rev. Fr. Joseph Felix, ALL SAINTS HOME CAMBRIDGE SCHOOL was established in 1965. The school humbly began with Late Mr. Bonnie Felix as its first headmaster and his wife Mrs. Ivy Felix with two other teachers, Mr. Nelson and Miss Percy as the first group of staff.
