The school had a humble beginning in two different private buildings which even today is recalled with gratitude the generosity and gesture shown for smooth running of the school for seven long years and even more. In the early 1970’s, with the effort of the then Tribal Council Members, Peren Village leaders and other distinguished well wishers, the school was shifted to a bigger location with an aim for better development of the school at Peukwakram colony and Keletzai colony as well. It was later only in 1975, with a scope for future development and expansion within the township of Peren and also for easy access to the school for student’s community, Late Mr. J. Viswedel (IAS) the then ADC Peren, allotted the present school site permanently and decisively.

Presently, the school stands tall in the beautiful picturesque hill station and in the heart of Peren Town. The school provides good infrastructure and various other essential facilities for student’s community and teaching staff as well. Regular co-curricular activities such as, Annual Sports week, Cultural week, Fresher’s Day, Teacher’s Day, Children’s Day, Parting Social, Parent’s Day, Study Tour, Star Assembly so on and so forth are organised by the school. Participation in various competitions categorising from the District level to the National level is always the priority of the school as it enable the students to develop their inborn talents and skills. Also to encourage the students to actively participate in various activities and to nurture their inborn qualities, the school had introduced different clubs like Peace Channel Club, Eco Club, Children’s Parliament, National Cadet Corps (NCC), and other effective committees within the student’s community and all these clubs have been very effective in exercise for the past many years.

Over the years, the school has been producing exceptional results both in the HSLC and HSSLC exams respectively. Dedicated Staffs and Management together with disciplined Saintinians have created a conducive learning environment in All Saints Hr. Sec. School, Peren. The conducive teaching learning ambience, strict discipline and innumerable achievements have contributed the students the privilege to develop their inborn talents through various activities. No doubt, since its inception, All Saints Hr. Sec. School, Peren has grown matured and has reached to a higher level of excellence with dedicated service of the management, approachable and understanding staff, alumnus and very sincere support from parents and the public coupled with the genuine interest and hard work of the students.
